Kat's Spread for Gypsies - Another Property Question

Kat's recent reading on purchasing property inspired me to consult the Gypsies regarding a property question of my own...

My siblings and I share joint ownership of a property that was part of our dad's estate. There's been talk recently of selling the property and splitting the proceeds, but I don't believe that it's the right time to sell based on the current real estate market.

Question: Is this the right time to sell the property?

I'm using Kat's Spread for Gypsies with HOUSE chosen as the significator:

Another reading where Lover falls in the middle. Lover represents me, and the middle column indicates what I want out of the situation-- which is to maintain ownership of the house.

Past or Present Influence: Officer + Jealousy

Officer can denote doing the right thing, and Jealousy is uncertainty or mistrust. It's true that I don't feel trustful or certain that selling is the right thing to do at this time.

Future: Letter + Thief

Letter represents papers or documents and Thief can denote being robbed or disappointed. We would obviously end up taking a loss on the house. I'm not sure exactly how to interpret Letter-- I guess it could be the documents involved in the sale of the home. It gives me the sense that the home would sell if we put it on the market, but Thief warns that we won't get what we expect for the property.

Now I just have to convince them that selling right now is a very bad idea!
