Help with my Gypsy Witch fortune telling playing cards please

Hi can anyone give info on the deck, e.g there are two spreads in the booklet one small one that has 1 card representing the person and 8 cards surrounding the person card ,3 to the left 3 to the right 1 above and 1 under these cards shape the persons destiny ,then those cards are surrounded by 8 more cards 1 under 1 above 3 to the left and 3 to the right, they represent the forces surrounding the person ...Now the bigger spread the one I done has the same 8 with the person card in the middle and they are all completely surrounded by another square of 16 cards and then another and so on ,it uses 51 cards, OK if the 1st square represents what will shape the destiny and the 2nd square of cards represents the forces surrounding the person what is the 3rd and 4th square representing , and are all the 51 cards what will be in the future, plus the 7 of <> has picture of burning flames on it and has in writing < Flames on the hearth indicate good fortune and neutralizes the evil of near lying unlucky cards and increases the value of lucky ones>,now dose near lying cards mean the ones to the left to the right above and under, or dose it mean the 8 cards that are all around it.thanks ,2 cards from the deck below

Hello son77 ~ A full deck spread with this deck might require
a great degree of specific experience with the cards for you
to take in the full picture and all the implications at a glance.
I think even the Fortune Tellers will pick & choose their way.

I have this deck also.

I don't really like them all that well. I couldn't connect with them for some reason. I felt that the verses, or meanings in the corner seemed to take away from the intuition of the reading.

They also felt rather depressing. Most of the meanings are rather negative, and it made for a rather negative reading. At least for me.
Maybe its the pictures and artwork on them that didn't resonate with me.

Sorry to sound like such a pessimist about them. Because obviously some people have fantastic results with them and can read very accurately with them.

Maybe I should give them another chance.

I was told that this deck's intent was more in line with providing negative fortunes which the reader could then offer to counteract; the classic gypsy curse removal.

I also know people have made this deck work for them for fortune-telling. It is not my intent to criticize anyone who uses this deck. I'm simply sharing something I was told (by a person I consider reputable in the modern occult community).

I haven't seen this deck in person, but every time it's described, it's called negative or dark or something along those lines. It sounds like it has a lot of troubling fortunes printed on it.

Any other thoughts on this?

Thanks for all your help guys , I only put the cards in front of me once but the only thing is I liked most of what I seen and was expecting some of what I saw, one more thing please how far are near lying cards? 4 or 8. Thanks again PS how far into the future would a 51 card spread be in your dealings maximum and minimum timing of what it COULD be .thanks so much guys..

4 2 6 ...From the 8 card, is near lying just the cards to the left right up and down from the 8 ,or would it include the 7 5 4 and 6 ,but I got your answer. I'm new to all this and trying to find my way sorry for the silly questions,thanks again God bless ya

I use this deck, however I do not use the card meanings written on the card nor the pictures. I look at the Pips, color, and sign and use Hedgewhytchery to interpret the card meanings.

They were a little negative for me, but I felt as if my energy was on the deck so I use it.
