Talking and Believing a Figment into Reality
Some years ago, I had close friends who bothered me by speculating and prying about who was in my life. Loving practical jokes and wanting to solve what I saw as a problem, I decided to fabricate a man as a figure of intrigue, a potential love interest. His surname was Calman, he rode a motorcycle and worked in the tile business in the countryside out east of me. I can't remember his first name, maybe it was Bruce. My friends looked just a little sceptical when I first fed them the details but soon swallowed it whole.
The joke was actually on me. Soon there were bikes parked up to the wall of my property. For the first time in my life, it seemed everyone I knew was a biker. My days and evenings were filled socialising with guys that appeared out of nowhere, mostly people I had known but who had moved away and were now on my doorstep. I spent a lot of time in tile yards and had my kitchen tiled. I met men here with names so close to Bruce
Calman they could pass. An utter fabrication had materialised and it went on and on. I think the reason this imagining took hold the way it did was my complete detachment and disinterest, which may be even more effective than Desire and Release in creating and making things happen. Never ! had I thought that it would come to pass as described. It was just my small story to keep the tongues from wagging.

Hi Trieste
Thanks for this amazing example !!!! And... how did you get rif of all the motorcycles's guys??? Or you didn't want to get rid of them?
I see the disinterest is what it's called non-resistance...
Thanks for sharing it!
