By simply programming my mind to choose healthy foods and avoid refined sugars, I find that I naturally make better choices at meal times and snacks. As a result, I've dropped 15 lbs since I started working with the system without consciously trying to diet or restrict my food intake at all. It's worked like magic for me!
Now I just need to start programming for some financial abundance!

I'm impressed!!!! I think I'm tending to get the whole course...

Re: The Silva Method
I feel I should order the course. Indeed, an answer spread I did on the decision indicated that the small investment required could dramatically improve my overall happiness (3♦ + 6♥).
Admittedly it does irk me somewhat that the "special offers" that I (and doubtless Stanze, too) have been receiving since signing up for the free course are no different than the price listed on the main products page (I compared them side by side), however, I do still think the bulk of material would be worth the price, considering that any three other self-help audiobooks would total about the same.
As I have not seemed to be able to talk myself out of it (I gave myself a cooling off period) I think I will purchase it. I'll keep you posted

Hi Analae
Indeed I'm also been bombarded by e-mails and I'm very tempted to get the course as I already had two good opinions about it: Kaph here and my friend that is phychoterapist.
I'll probably get the downloaded version as I'm not sure they will send it to the NL. But let's see. First I have to check my financial situation
Keep us informed! I'll do the same if I get it.

The exercises in this module are for impressing the Three-Fingers Technique and Five-Fingers Technique. I'm slightly disappointed that there are no specific exercises included to help enhance clairvoyance. There is another home study course called Ultramind ESP which I would image goes more specifically into the intuition enhancement techniques.
Kaph, you may be interested to know that there is indeed a seperate intuition course, and I'm not certain if it is exactly the Ultramind one, as they call this one "The Lost Sense", but I may later get this one once I've decided on how I liked the main course. Hi Analae,
Oooooooh! I totally missed this course when I was perusing the Silva site! "The Lost Sense" looks like it's relatively new, and it is definitely not the Ultramind course. I've added it to my wishlist!
Thanks,
Kaph

Re: The Silva Method
Hi Guys,
I've been following your discussion the Silva Method and decided to check it out as well. I've also signed up for the free course and will be doing the centering exercise tonight, so I'll let you know how that goes.
I also found this :
http://www.nightingale.com/prod_detail~product~Remote_Viewing_Remote_Influencing.aspx
and it looks interesting too, the good thing is that you can purchase the units that you're more interested in!
Analae-
I looked at the Intuitive Course and like Kaph, have added it to my wish list. You guys are so bad for one's pocket

Hi Analae
I bought the course as well. So far I only had heard the first lesson and that was more or less the same we had in the free trial, somewhat longer. I'm going ahead because I really like that first one.
How are you doing with yours?

Re: The Silva Method
Hi Stanze,
Since I've taken on a lot of other things as well, I've only just started Lesson 3, but I'm looking forward to trying it out! This is the sleep-control one.
So far I am much enjoying the course. I did not get very far on the free course, I admit, but I am liking the full one!

Hey Analae,
Thanks, I'll def take a look at your blog and see what experiences you're having with it. I get so excited about things, I go full steam with them and then something else catches my attention and then I flutter off to that
But as they say, this didn't fall to my attention by accident, so I'll see how it goes.

Re: The Silva Method
Hey Guys,
Here's my experience with the Centering Exercise as promised. For the first time today I was able to do it and remain aware. The first few times I went too (?) deeply, you know the point when you're meditating and your head is swaying and bopping all over the place? But this morning I was able to feel the alpha and like some of you, I realised I've been there before in meditation. So hopefully after a few more of the guided sessions I'll be able to reach there more on my own.
Analae:
I've been peeping at your blog and am eagerly awaiting your next post. I am really interested in the Remote Viewing and Intuition ones.

Re: The Silva Method
Well, not a laptop and not a Mac, but it looks like I get to replace my falling apart computer with a much better one next week. Which won't be so bad, either. And it has XP, not the dreaded Vista on it.
I shall keep you posted as to how it works out.
