Capricorn refers to hard work, and indicates extra effort will be needed to achieve success in the House it influences. In other words, success is possible, but only if the necessary effort is applied to the situation. The Little Fool often highlights areas in which we lack experience or expertise.

I agree with your interpretation. The 3rd House can indicate how we present ourselves to the world, and how we express our thoughts, feelings, needs and desires. The Red Gate indicates a blockage in the flow of energy in this House this month.

This can refer to your acting, but it can also refer to your writing. This is a period when you'll probably not make much headway in either endeavor without a lot of extra effort. The Little Fool is reminder that you must not forget to apply your knowledge and experience to the situation. Capricorn indicates that forward movement is possible only if you're willing to work hard for it.

Unfortunately, the Red Gate ending the fan shows that you're probably not going to see much results from your labors this month, but Capricorn always earns his worth. The work you do now will have a positive effect on this House for the future. I think if you don't get a voucher this month, there a great chance you'll earn one next month through your continued efforts.

The Red 10 denotes a confrontation between the querent and another person. The surrounding cards will indicate whether it's an angry exchange, or a serious discussion. It always indicates an exchange of some importance.

It's a very spiritual card, and it denotes the confrontation of energies between two people and a battle for control of the space or environment. This card comes up often to represent the struggles between a parent and a child, or a couple that is not getting along. For example, the Red 10 with the Red 5 would represent a struggle to gain control over a person, or situation.

The Red 10 is also the card I use to denote a psychic reading or a spiritual encounter with a guide, teacher, etc. The teacher could also be your own higher self.
