I would be much more concerned if Death fell in the 8th House which is the House of Death. Remember that the 6th house also refers to how you make use of your time everyday. It could refer to the querent's job, or to time spent in the home if the querent is a stay-at-home mom or dad.

Pisces represents illusion or confusion, and the Death card represents an ending. These cards suggest that there may be something in your daily life that you've not been seeing clearly, that will suddenly become crystal clear to you.
